Placing Orders

You can place orders on our website by adding items to your cart and checking out. Be sure to complete the shipping and billing information so we can get your purchases delivered.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. We also offer interest-free instalment plans through Afterpay.

Payment Security

All payments are securely processed through eWAY’s PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. Your information is encrypted and transmitted safely through TLS security protocols.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery status. You can also log into your account to view order history and statuses.

Cancelling Orders

If you need to cancel an order, please contact customer service within 30 minutes of ordering. Unfortunately after that time frame we cannot cancel placed orders but you can return items based on our returns policy.
