About Your Prints

Q: What types of prints do you offer?+
A: We specialise exclusively in limited edition archival-quality canvas prints of our curated artwork. Each limited release is strictly restricted to just 25 prints.
Q: What materials are used?+
A: We print on premium 360gsm matte fibre cloth. The matte texture provides an elegant finish with subtle grain.
Q: What ink and printing method do you use?+
A: We utilise the latest professional 10-colour EPSON large format printers paired with UltraChrome pigment ink technology. This provides one of the widest colour gamuts available today for stunning colour accuracy and vibrance. The archival pigment inks are water and fade resistant for long-lasting gallery-quality prints.
Q: What is the paper thickness and canvas texture?+
A: Our canvas has a premium weight of 360gsm, with a beautiful matte Eggshell finish that minimises glare while providing a texture that replicates the look of original brush strokes.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How much is shipping?+
A: We offer Standard Shipping for $15 and Express Shipping for $20. Free Express Shipping on orders over $250. Please see our Shipping page for more details.
Q: How long does delivery take?+
A: Standard Shipping takes 2-6 business days metro or 4-8 regional. Express is 1-4 days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?+
A: We currently only ship domestically within Australia. Contact us if you are interested in international shipping rates.

Q: What is your returns policy?+
A: We accept unused returns in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Returns page for more details.
Q: How do I start a return?+
